Only one hero can save the situation and give the city another chance. But from the beginning everything went wrong ... Unlucky detective Fred Neuman, who tried to bring the mafia to clean water (according to the firm belief of the majority, it is the mafia should be considered in all issues of guilty), very quickly lost his head.
